A panini isn't healthy! Bread is high in calories & unwanted sugars.

Really. I don't eat bread and I'm still a fat b*****d.

Sorry I meant the salad bit.  :eyebrow:

Going to see how it goes anyway. The lunch thing was a one off really as I'll bankrupt myself in there even with my members discount.

The only bread that I eat is Naan - filled with donner meat, and I'm a fat B too.....there's something going wrong here.

Well that's my first week done as a member of the Gym at North Gailes. Been everyday so far but only just started on my full work out schedule worked out by the instructor.

Got so far 12 minutes on the cross trainer (level 1  )to warm up followed by 3 12 rep sets on 2 leg machines (one over and one under) and 3 12 rep sets on the shoulder press. Then it's 12 minutes on the bike on random at level 8 followed by 3 sets of 12 reps on the lift, shoulder press and pull down machines. 3 12 rep sets of knee lifts and crunches followed by 12 minutes on the treadmill at 5.5 Km/h to finish.

I've just completed the whole workout for the first time and feel great which may change in the next hour or so once my muscles decide what I've done with them. Up until now I've just been doing a bit of cardio on the machines to get myself in the swing.

The Gym has a really good logging system to take down all my workouts (automatically in most cases so I can't cheat) and I can see my scheduled workout for the day. I will be doing 4 days a week with 4 days of Cardio, 3 days of Abs and 2 days of weights.

Now waiting for the girls to finish school so that I can go to Glasgow have dinner then go see Frankie Boyle.  :)
