I played it last year....maybe the year before...my memory fades as I grow old.
Reasonably nice Parkland layout....some holes straight up hills....not much fun to play.
One rediculous par 3 of around 200+ yards down hill that you have no chance of hitting if you fade the ball because of a huge tree maybe 70 yards short and left of the green.
A lot of bunkers were being repaired when I played it which somewhat soured the experience.
A mixture of nice holes, not so nice holes and some that were just plain bland.
Clubhouse facilities were being renovated when I played there all the bogs and showers were in portakabins....hopefully should have finished now!!!
Not an awful course but its not one that I'd rush back to....there are far better courses in Suffolk.
Its not particularly tight either.
IIRC theres one hole where you tee off next to a school playground so if your playing midweek dont be surprised if youve got some snotty nosed oik with his nose pressed up against the fence telling you that your crap.
The fact that I cant remember any specific holes other than the par 3 says it all really!!

I've played it several times and it always seems a fair test of golf to me. Having said that there are a couple of holes on which you really need to think, Nick has mentioned one and the other is a drivable par 4 if there wasn't so many trees blocking your way, so a carefully considered shot to give you a line in is required.
I played in septemeber last year and the facilities were all available not a portakabin in sight.
