Another question arising from last nights game.

My Dad was in the bunker, and was a about to play his shot, the leading edge of the wedge had the mearest of touches of the ball. The ball did not move.

Classed as a shot?

Think so. If you knock the ball off the tee by mistake it's OK. Surely only a stroke if there is intent to play a stroke?

I know it's okay on the tee as the ball isn't in play I was thinking more of the other shots especially putting.
