The links 3PW posted are dead, but he indicated Matrix resolved the issue already. As it is one factor of a shafts qualities, and the quality is available in some shafts...I'd suspect this would actively work against a well fitted shaft, and may help a poorly fitted one?
Good post Nick - very helpful. On first viewing, you can't make your mind up as to whether it works or not but on closer inspection, when you look at the cluster of blues/yellows in the middle, it is obviously much tighter than the red dispersion so you have to conclude there is an improvement. I think the main thing that struck me from the photo's though, was how well planned and layed out the driving range is! Obviously a lot of thought gone into that and makes me realise the ones that I use are really just farmers fields with the obligatory yardage markers on them! Where is it?Nicky
The torque wrench used to install the Shotmaker is "set" to quite a low setting....so the Shotmaker isnt really locked in place with any great force so I suspect may be susceptible to the above problem (coming loose) recurring in the future.
