Footjoy BOA Lacing System

Anyone got any experience with the Footjoy BOA lacing system?

This is the one where you turn a dial on the heel of the shoe and it pulls the shoe tight around your foot.

Think the Contour and Sport versions of Footjoy shoes have this lacing system in a couple of styles.

Am interested to hear if the "laces" stay tight during the round or if they have a tendency to stretch over time.

Had a pair for 3 years,

Once tightened, they need a couple of clicks after a few paces but great after that.

I have only ever seen one pair break in the time i have sold them.

I had 2 pairs of the reelfits and they were fantastic. Such a shame they are so hard to find these days. They stayed tight the whole round.

Had one pair, but didn't like them too much. They were bought online and it was the last time I will buy a pair of shoes without trying them on.

I have used them in both the Classics Tour and Dryjoys for about the last 3 years. I find them way better than conventional laces as easy to put on / take off and always provides even pressure across the foot.  Also avoids handling wet / muddy laces in the Winter

I'm on my second pair and have been wearing the current ones since mid 2010 (probably shows the amount of Golf I've played) Still waterproof and the laces tighten well. Normally find that they need a click of adjustment midway through the round but they are very comfy and I'm dreading them starting to let in as I doubt I'll find another pair easily.

For those interested, have a look at the contour boa. Very comfortable shoe.
