The world's longest golf course has opened in Australia, stretching 848 miles (1,365km) over two states, with players taking up to five days to cover all 18 holes.

You could come up with a pretty awesome composite 18 for the UK starting at Rye and finishing at Dornoch, going via London, Southport, Ayrshire, East Lothian, Fife and Aberdeen en route, covering about the same distance!
