Good going Tony, pretty much the same as me, 8lbs off since New Year. Hope to be at target by around April for the season start.
Just let me know when you want to go for a run, Tony. I have an 8-10k circuit I do or a 5k one to break you in.
In the other boat trying to put on 1 stone gone from 10 stone dead to 10,4 only 8lbs to go, lots of gym time and running should be there in 2 more months or so.
Same here i weigh a mighty 10.4 stone need to get up too 11 although i cant put any weight on.
Jeez, you guys don't know how lucky you are, not able to put weight on. I just have to look at food and put weight on. I lost 13lbs before Christmas, and over the festive period put 13.5lbs back on, to be at my heaviest weight of 24st 13.5lbs two weeks ago. Since then, I've got back on the trail, been walking more, and joined the gym, and have lost 7lbs in two weeks. But for me, its soo easy to put weight on, but a real slog getting it off, I find it so bloody hard. In the past 7 years I've had three sucesses, losing 5st 7lbs, 6st 2lbs and 5st 9lbs, and each time I fall off the wagon I've put it on, and then some. Each time its got harder to lose the weight, and it drives me mad. This time is the hardest so far though. I know I can do it though, just need to get a few good weeks under my belt first though.

Col, I recall our previous PMs, keep trying. My buddy hasn't made any ground, if anything he's got worse probably at over 30st now for some time. It's a big psychological thing at that level (not the simple overeating & 10 kilos I'm complaining about) don't let it get the better of you.
Lost 400g in the last week.80kg -> 79.6kg
