I ran the marathon in a bog standard pair of running ones from comet, £10, bobs your uncle.

I wouldn't spend a lot of cash on them personally. I use them for the gym too and don't have too much bother getting them caught whilst doing weights.

Did a heavy session today and the music was exactly what I needed to get me through it.

I agree, I have had good ones but they break easily

The fact that they have lasted me a few months speaks volumes; they even sound good with bassy music which is a bonus.
