just wondered if any of you guys had been to one of these body diet specialists? I don't know what they are called or about so hoping for some help. But what I am after is diet/fitness/health specialist that that's test of your body ad works out what your body uses best as fuel and how it digests it bets?

Have any of you been to or know what I am on about lol, Sorry its vague but I not really sure what I am talking about other then I have heard of a few people that have been to see certain types of specialists who work out what's right for your digestive system etc etc

My boss has been to one, I'm still half his size.

Cut out grain for 3 months and pay me £10 afterwards if you've lost over 5% of your body weight.

I haven't. I believe they are simply on the make; less fuel than you use makes for weight loss.

I haven't update my thread but I'm still losing a few pounds a week this way.

Save your money. Plenty of info on the web about that kind of diet. FWIW I think there's something in it, but like TP said - calories in/out is what matters.
