Callaway Chev Comfort Shoes
« on: Jul 18, 2014, 10:47:26 »
I decided to buy a pair of spikeless shoes whilst over in Scotland last week and decided upon a pair of these as they seemed quite comfortable straight out of the box. They claim to be waterproof and I'm sure it won't be long before I test that theory and how they grip when the fairways are not dry and hard.

Having driven to Alloa wearing them and playing 18 holes then playing 18 holes last night these are like slippers. They are supremely comfortable and after 18 holes I felt like I could walk another 18 (not normal these days).

The grip is very good and allow a bit of confidence when taking a stance and there is very little for loose grass to get stuck in so they stay clear.

The other surprise for me was the price from AG as they seem a well made solid shoe for the £45 that seems to be the standard price they are being sold for.

Big  from me.
