Thanks for that - looks as if there won’t be that much difference.

Another thing just occurred from what Col says on this weeks Golf thread - presumably one can “ sign in” for non qualifying comp rounds at any course - not just your home course as is the case with the current system

Yes you are correct.... every course will have a terminal which should be accessible to "away" players for them to register their intention to submit a score for handicap purposes, if they desire. The general intention is to get more players submitting more scores for handicap.... so the new system has to provide the means for the player to do this.
