USPGA 2019?
« on: May 15, 2019, 10:45:10 »
Who's going to win this one??

Really not sure as I think the course will upset the bookies/form book......could be anyone that survives the slog round Bethpage Black  :)

I'm going to go for some outsiders/longer odds players who are driving the ball well right now.........so.....

Sergio Garcia at 40/1

Molinari (Francesco) at 25/1

Day (Jason) at 25/1

Fleetwood (Tommy) at 33/1

Casey at 50/1

Probably just cursed them all now

Don't think ETW will contend this one unless he can drive it straighter.

Having played there last year the winner will be someone who draws the ball and can keep it on the fairway, doesn't suit a fader of the ball as I found out  :picard:

I think Mickelson will enjoy the New York crowds.  Seems well priced at 75/1.

Rory?

On paper you'd think so but I was looking at his PGA Tour driving stats earlier and they aren't great James.

Driving Accuracy Percentage   59.06%   153rd

Rest of his stats (bar putting) are pretty damn good however....

Agree with both of those statements Chris but he's so wayward with the big dog I just don't see it.....

Well that looked like Brooks was playing a different course to most of the field. He really does seem to have an uncanny ability to turn it on in the majors like no one else of this generation.

Rory was a let down again...
