Lost another 400g this week.79.2Kg.
I'm starting to see a pattern here: Another 400g. Even after all the bacon and sausages and chocolate cake 78.8Kg.Gym is killing me, 8pm Friday night doesn't seem to be the best time to work out after all but I'll try Ecclesrec's routine.

Before you jump into this I would advise that you contact your gym and organise an induction/meeting with an instructor for your first outing with this routine. This should cost you nowt and the instructor will advise you on propper form and additional exercises that may benefit you personally.

That was easy Did you put the lunges and squats in first out of spite for some wrong I have done you, or just general cruelty?
