It's from the BIA machine, the Virgin Active Tracker, which is reputedly good. I took all the advice about how and when to use it, it just struck me as odd.  It's got my weight, and amount overweight, and where im carrying it right.

Water? Remnants of steak? Lol. Perhaps a huge cyst!

7m 20 - Level 10

That's slow compared to some of the others on here, I know.

Down from 8:17 to 7:53.

Had to have a bit if a breather afterwards...

5hrs golf, no lunch and straight into a PT session was not a good idea. Had to quit halfway through as had absolutely no energy.

I could barely turn the steering wheel to get out of the car park!

Weight    84.6 kg    54.7 - 73.7 kg

Muscle mass    37.6 kg    36.3 - 40.1 kg
Body fat mass    20.3 kg    6.8 - 21.3 kg

Well if these have any truth to them, at least the more muscle, less fat is encouraging.

Nice work, wish I could loose it that fast.

Been on a diet and back at the gym for 2 months now and lost a stone. Trying to be sensible about things this time, setting myself realistic goals each month and not being too bothered if I have a bad day.
Actually allowing get myself to put on a couple of pounds for December

Finally making some progress!

After going up and up again I've made some radical changes in the past three weeks.

1. I'm excercising five out of seven days.
2. Moved everything out of my wardrobe that doesn't fit (not much was left...two shirts, one pair of trousers!)
3. Keeping the calories down by avoiding, though not abstaining, from carbohydrates. And tracking it on my phone.

This way I've lost around seven pounds in the last three weeks and my heart rate appears to be improving when excercising rather dramatically.

I'm back to healthy ranges, but still seven pounds up on when  I started this thread...still a ways to go. :)
